I learnt in life the hardest part of forgiveness is not the actual point in which you have the release of forgiveness (whether within yourself or with that other person).

It's the build up to it that is hard. It's the voices in your head offering up all the resistance as to why this person does not deserve it.

Unpicking this through the healing process is a very personal journey but once you get to the point of stepping into your power of loving and accepting yourself, wholely and truely you'll feel free!

We don't often have healthy coping mechanisms when someone you love is going through an anxious period. It can be easier to want to dismiss the person because you'd rather not deal with those same feelings yourself. -

We can't judge or score someones pain over another. Simply holding space, not fixing but allowing someone to dive deep within their feelings, especially if they don't understand much what's going on themselves is so powerful.
It's easy to get in fixer mode, especially when you love them so much. Anxiety in it's different forms will come in many shapes and flavours, most importantly it's a personal journey. Their choices are not your responsibility. -

I used to be the kind of person who didn't allow myself to feel my emotions. I may have done silly things but I thought it was all in the aim of 'fun' not neccessarily distraction.

When you're numb to your emotions that you feel, how can you move forward in your own personal growth?

We understand now with the help of modern science and therapy that to first create powerful change we must start to talk. Otherwise, how can we process our feelings if we can't talk to someone? How do we make sense of their impact if we can't talk to someone? How would we be able to feel free of what's holding us back if we can't talk?



Talking can inspire, it's one of the ways we can learn and create change in the world.

We all get triggered...it happens as we have values, beliefs or morals that we identify with. When something violates our understanding, we can easily create resistance to it.




Awareness of triggers is a key step toward living a happy, peaceful and blissful life. If you know what creates the opposite of what you innately desire within you, then you can work on healing that perception. That's beautiful, wonderful growth.

Most of us get triggered often, but we just don't realise that our irritation, annoyance of a situation as a trigger. We're usually too caught up in experiencing the trigger itself and the thoughts that consume it than observing it.

Triggers are super powerful because they teach you, the work that's infront of you to allow yourself a new perspective.

A perspective that enables you closer to the highest peace, joy, knowledge and feeling of expansion.
