Forget Dry January I’m in for Feel Good February. Starting the day with a 6k walk with a rather unimpressed pooch! Feeling good to me means eating well, getting outside and sleeping well and of course, always yoga.
I started January full of gusto - I ran, I upped my daily yoga asana practice, I done loads of sit up‘s and by 10th I thought ‘this is rubbish, I’m nackered and my 13 year old dog is limping from all the running about‘ so taking inspiration from the lady in the village who always leaves her Christmas lights up until 31st Jan I decided to treat the month like an extended Christmas. I’ve eaten lots, played loads of board games with the kids and enjoyed the odd tipple or two.
And it‘s now that I’m full of energy feeling great, excited for the year ahead, and still looking like the village nutter in my pink hat, orange coat and purple trousers 😆
