It's all change here.

On Friday, London became Shauna's uni home.
Yep, we just left her there. That was weird. Felt like a good/bad parent. Good for helping her follow her dreams. Bad for leaving her in a house full of strangers.
160 miles away or 3 hours, or 5 if the M25 decides it hates you.
She's ok, though. They're not strangers anymore...... She knows their names now 🤣🤦‍♀️

Yesterday was her first day at Rose Bruford!
She's officially a drama student 👩‍🎓

We're so proud of you, lil miss! ✨️

The railway bridge in Langport will be closed from Mon, 4th August to the 31st.
More info is below. There are alternate routes. It's definitely going to be a case of allowing lots of extra time 🙄

We need to repair the railway bridge in Langport, Somerset, to keep the line between Castle Cary and Taunton running safely and reliably.

London Marathon 🏃‍♀️
I know! I know!
I didn't say. I did and do feel pretty bad when many, many of you asked me if I was still running or how far.
I just couldn't share. I needed to just do.
It's as amazing as it is overwhelming.
The crowd is insane!! Loud, supportive, and terrifying.
It's definitely something you have to give yourself time to just sit on for a while and digest because it's easy to be overwhelmed by it.
The kindness from complete strangers handing out pieces of orange, haribos, or ice lollies, because dam! It was hot!!! Or just simply shouting your name feels so utterly foreign in this crazy world that it confuses you for a while. It's wonderful and we need more of it.
I don't remember seeing Big Ben 🤯

Although I may well post more about running, I'll likely not post about times, splits, headwinds, or any of that jazz because right now, that's not what it's about. It's just about getting out there and doing it, no phone, no thoughts, no pressure, no time pressures.

Thank you to my keepers of secrets and not making me feel pressured to chat about this too much in the lead up, but mostly for always reassuring me that I could ✨️

Happy New Year ✨️
As usual, I'm late to the party with posts. There are so many good ones that it's easy to be put off. This year, I'm aiming not to be and who knows own maybe I'll post more than 6 times in 12 months!!!
I hope you're excited as Holly about 2025, or maybe it's more her mood in the third photo.
Either way, if you're lucky enough like me to have a little time off over the festive period, the new year does give you a chance to stop, think, and possibly set new intentions for the year ahead.
My list is extensive at the moment. The top of it is to learn to play the saxophone 🎷
(Now I can pick it up without crying my eyes out)
2024 was an emotional one, happy and sad in equal measures and turbulent for many. I hope closing the door on 24 is healing if you need it to be.
I'm starting to get back to messages today, apologies if you've been waiting. I really needed to fully step away for a while.

Happy 2025!!!

Morning All
There will be a small price increase from 13th May.
Unfortunately, with the ever increasing costs, this has now become unavoidable.
I hope you all understand.
Thank you for your continued support

Lucky enough to spend the last weekend at Rheola working with for his first race of the year while he tested out his shoulder following a small injury a few weeks ago.
What a weekend! What a sport! And a third 🥉 place for Jordan. Thanks for inviting me along!
I met some amazing people, thank you to all of them who took time out to chat, share their knowledge and experience of the sport.
On to Fort William, good luck, Jordan!
