As we wrap up 2025, we look back with so much gratitude for all the tests of faith and trust, for all the lessons, opportunities, friendships old and new, such incredible support, love, compassion, kindness, adventures, and for all my beautiful clients who make it all worthwhile.

We now step into 2026, happier, healthier, stronger, bolder, wiser and more abundant in all its forms.

So grateful for it all and so excited for what 2026 brings us.

New retreat dates to follow after our winter break when we will reopen from 19th January 2026.

We are hitting the ground running, so let’s do this!!

If they tell you, that you need them, their course, their freebie, their training, their monthly subscription, you must come every week for 12 weeks…, or buy their potions that change monthly, keep you stuck on their treadmill, their program, make you feel uncomfortable, or take your power away and they need to be inbetween you and your highest self pure source….

Then step away!!

They will distort your journey through their own lens and their own greed.

Their ulterior motives will be seen clearly from now on.

Choose wisely

Each moment choosing wisely ever evolving exponentially and with love and compassion leading the way to the most extraordinary and incredíble infinite possibilities as we culminate all we have learnt in all lifetimes into deep and authentic wisdom and clarity to guide everyone home back to themselves.

Stay centred, hydrated, in your body and in complete faith.

Communicate with your body regularly and ask it what it needs and action as soon as possible.

Let go of distractions and unplug, rest.

Feel your way through.

Be kind.

Look after each other and step into nature often to remember you are human ‘beings’ not human ‘doings’.

Experience where you are.

Move, stretch your body.
