Im back at the therapy room with holistic therapies and bespoke massage on Sun 4th Jan.
Pregnancy yoga returns Mon 12th Jan in our new venue, Lanhydrock Memorial Hall.
Mum &Baby yoga will resume in the Spring.

Invest in your wellbeing whilst meeting other expectant mums in a welcoming and nurturing environment. Each week we will explore a different breathing technique to help throughout pregnancy and labour. Followed by a gentle flow of movement and ending with a lovely relaxation with guided meditation.
With over 12 years of wisdom working with pregnant women, my passion is to help guide you through this wonderful journey. 💙

No previous experience in yoga is needed.
A wonderful way to enjoy some gentle postnatal exercise, whilst connecting with other mums in a warm, friendly & nurturing environment.
