✨️Birth Prep Workshop Announcement
Our amazing Birth Preparation workshop for couples is back! Jo Kidman ( Experienced Doula and antenatal educator) and I are busy planning for Sat 28th March in Wadebridge 10am to 3pm.
£110 per couple 💙
We have done a few of these over the years and not only do we love doing them, we have had some wonderful feedback from mums and dads ( or alternative birth partner) who have all found it to be incredibly helpful. Even for 2nd time parents.
You can attend our workshop from 16wks pregnant but it is most suited to the 3rd Trimester.
As a special offer, we have decided to offer 10% off if booked by 31st January (with a non refundable deposit of £50).❣️
That takes it to only £99 per couple- thats only £49.50 pp!!
This is a friendly and relaxed but informative workshop run by both Jo and I. Together having over 20 years of experience and wisdom working with pregnant women. ❣️
Here is an example of how the day might look.
Jo's antenatal section covering baby's movements, hormones, birthing environments, how baby and mum work together during labour, comfort measures, informed decisions and choices.
Anna's section commencing with breathing techniques, followed by partner yoga, labour positions, massage techniques, counter pressure and guided meditation
Time throughout for refreshments, chat and homemade cake.
