Good morning!

Another busy day ahead of us here at EFA and we are ready for it!

I’ve got lots of anti wrinkle, radiesse, weightloss reviews and filler keeping me busy til 2030 🙌

Demi is also in, her day consists of Hifu (she’s fast becoming the queen of Hifu in the area), skin peels and hydrapure facials 💆🏼‍♀️

This week I did lots of radiesse and natural lip enhancements which are becoming popular again. On Friday I was in Glasgow training in regenerative medicine - think polynucleotides and exosomes.

Sunday was not a rest day, I caught up on household chores and did a wee gym session
