I have been very busy today getting ready for the next two weeks. I cannot wait to be piping lots of Xmas flowers and of course sampling a few for quality control purposes! 😍

For a richer chocolate cake add a splash of coffee to your mix. It complements the cocoa's bitterness, balances sweetness, intensifies the chocolate flavour and adds moisture. I use Montalt from Ochils Coffee Roastery but any coffee works (this one is exceptional though!) Add my delicious buttercream and you have an amazing combo 😋
