Back for one week only! 🙌

It was great getting back into my treatment room today after being closed for over a month! Getting back to my peaceful, cosy space with the scent of orange, cypress, cedarwood & patchouli filling the room. Sadly, it's only for a week and I then need to close again for a little while for the roof repairs to be done. Once I know how long the roof will take I can start getting everyone booked back in (I'm hopeful it won't be too long). I will still only be offering a limited service (see post from 7th July for more info).

Thank you to everyone for all your patience, understanding & loyalty during these past few months. There are a lot of fantastic therapists out there doing similar to what I do, and it would be completely understandable for people to move on. I truly appreciate everyone who has chosen to stick with me.

We're approaching the end of year rapidly and I know there are quite a few unused vouchers due to expire at the end of December. Please don't worry, if we can't get a date sorted by then, I will extend the expiry date.

Current situation......

Things definitely haven't been plain sailing recently and now we have another challenge! Work started this morning to fix a problem in our house and it has uncovered a bigger problem. This means I'll unfortunately need to close for some time and I'm not currently taking any new bookings until I know things are fixed and back to normal.

**I will extend the expiry date on any gift vouchers due to expire soon. Please note I'm currently not selling vouchers and this will probably be the case for the remainder of the year.**

Thanks so much to everyone who I have had to cancel for your understanding & patience. I'm having to dig very deep to find my own patience at the moment!

**Business update**

I'm aware I'm very absent on here and I wanted to pop on to give you all a wee update on what's happening at the moment.

I've recently been struggling a little with some physical things and, as a result, I've been really strict with myself with the number of people I see during a week. I've decided to temporarily make some changes to hopefully help going forward. Here's my plans for the moment.....

🌱 I'll be limiting the number of massages I carry out in a day, so please advise the treatment you would like when booking. If you are booked in for a facial or energy therapy and change your mind, please get in touch before your booking and I will try to accommodate if I can.

🌱 Massage appointments will be an hour max for the moment. If you have a voucher for a longer massage, this will be honoured. I will still be carrying out longer appointments for packages/combo treatments.

🌱 I'm putting a hold on selling gift vouchers until further notice.

I'm unsure how long these changes will be in place, at the moment I'm just taking things one day at a time. I also need to work out if this will be sustainable financially for me as this is my only income source and we all know life is expensive! I have even been thinking I may need to take on another part time job! But I really want to continue doing the job I love and I'm hoping these changes will help.

Hello everyone! I am so bad at keeping my page up to date, and I know a lot of you probably won't see this because of that. I just wanted to pop on and let you know that I'm taking some time off and will be back to work on Tuesday 3rd June. I'm fully booked over the first 2 weeks of June, but I'll post any availability I do have once I'm back. I'll also respond to any messages on my return.

Beltane is almost upon us, so it was no surprise to me that I reached for the Jasmine for my clients blend yesterday. I hadn't used it in a long time! With its fiery and optimistic energy, Jasmine is one of the oils I think is perfect for this time of year 🌞🔥

It's a beautiful oil.....deeply relaxing & sedating but uplifting at the same time. Great for boosting confidence, feelings of optimism as well as calming nerves and promoting a good, quality sleep. It's pretty potent (and pretty expensive), so I always use in moderation.
