We work on each person first and help them to increase their personal effectiveness by working on areas such as mindset, language, attitude, communication, key positive behaviours, self esteem, confidence and motivation. Employability skills come next which involves them in deciding what they want from a job and taking appropriate action to get the best chance to achieve their goals. When you put all of these skills together you have a Positive Possibilities Programme that works!
