Understanding the importance of self-care since qualifying as a beauty therapist in 2002, Sheena has gone on to work with fantastic brands, from independent boutique salons, through to the health club of one of the world’s leading hotels, sharing her expert treatments to have you feeling fabulous inside and out.

With her well-established industry experience, 2016 saw Sheena decide to launch her own venture, Dream Therapies by Sheena Grace.

A qualified Reiki Master, Sheena offers treatments including reiki, reflexology and Indian head massage to re-balance your mind, body and soul.
