We have been living in a 9 year, and in Soul Plan, the 9 relates to Power, Protection and Peacemaking.

From the beginning of the year, this 9 energy has quietly invited us to step more fully into who we are — to recognise our inner strength, strengthen our boundaries, and begin releasing what no longer needs to be carried forward.

For many, this has not been an easy year. It has brought challenges, lessons, and moments of deep reflection. While some feel more grounded in themselves, others may still be finding their way with inner empowerment. For many, this is being brought to the surface now, asking for attention, honesty, and care.

As 2025 draws towards a close, we enter a natural time of integration.
A time to gently honour what has been learned so far, without needing to have everything resolved or complete.

This process does not end here. The themes of empowerment, self-trust, and inner strength continue to unfold as we move forward.

As this cycle completes, we begin to step into a new chapter — and enter a 1 year.
A fresh beginning that invites unity, connection, and a coming together in shared humanity.

The 1 in Soul Plan speaks of creating stability through unity — remembering that we are not meant to do this alone, and that each small act of kindness and service matters.

As we move into 2026, we are invited to meet ourselves and one another with compassion. Not from a place of division, but from a growing understanding of who we are becoming.
In doing so, we may also notice what is still asking for our attention - old wounds, inherited patterns, or unfinished stories - ready now to be met, understood and gently released.

Soul Plan supports us in completing cycles, continuing our growth, and stepping forward, aligned with our true purpose.

Time for reflection as we come to this time of year.

I’d like to dedicate this video to my dear friend Jacq Munro who left this world on Sunday 21st in the evening.
She left so suddenly, no time for goodbyes. No more voice messages to each other.
Jacq’s passion was reflexology and she offered so much more to so many people. She was a guiding light to many. So knowledgable and so wise.
I had the pleasure of starting Gallus Alice and the universe podcasts with her, completing Season 1. We had so many laughs.
I will miss you so much Jacq, and still can’t believe you’re gone.
You shared your love and passion and touched the lives of so many. Thank you 🙏💫 I feel so privileged to have been your friend.
