Here’s why and how you can help:

My dad died from cancer in 2020, he’s was only 62 years old. We miss him everyday. I saw first hand how living with cancer affects the person living with it and their love ones. It was tough to put it mildly. I also saw some of the hospice care he received in the last days of his life and was in admiration of the care, good humour and support they gave. My dad loved to ride his bike and run often when I’m out on the trails it feels like he’s there with me and I’m doing this run to honour him and help others as they live with a cancer diagnosis.
Macmillan will do whatever it takes to help everyone living with cancer across the UK get the support they need right now and transform cancer care for everyone who will be diagnosed in the future.

Whether it’s help with reading or writing, boosting confidence, or getting ready for exams, sessions are always tailored to the student.

Yoga Classes

Monday and Saturday , you can find me at Therapy & Fitness West Malling. Classes here need to be pre-booked and you can do that through my link tree or head to Therapy & Fitness’s Website.

Chair Yoga, you can simply come along. Tuesday, sign in and pay at Larkfield Leisure Centre. Wednesday come to Hadlow Old School Hall, and I can take your payment by card. It’s only £4!!

Here’s my weekly yoga schedule for pay as you go classes🧘‍♀️

• Monday – Functional Yoga: Build strength and mobility with movements that support how your body works in everyday life.

• Tuesday & Wednesday – Chair Yoga: A gentle, supportive class using a chair to improve mobility, flexibility, and ease of movement. Great for all levels.

• Saturday – Yoga Alignment: Focus on posture, alignment, and technique to help you move and feel more balanced in your practice.

Come as you are and choose the class that fits your needs and your week.
