This is a longer post, but I would kindly ask that all clients - past, present and future - to take a moment to read and familiarise yourselves with my updated booking terms and conditions, which apply to all appointments with immediate effect.

๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ:
โช๏ธA 50% booking fee is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment
โช๏ธThis can be payable either via bank transfer or PayPal
โช๏ธIf the booking fee is not received within 24 hours, the appointment slot will be released
๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
โช๏ธIf the appointment is cancelled outside of a 48-hour window, the booking fee is fully transferable or refundable
โช๏ธIf the appointment is cancelled outside of a 24-hour window, the booking fee is transferable only (not refundable)
โช๏ธIf the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the booking fee is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable

โช๏ธVouchers issued directly by Holanti Bea Therapies can be used as payment to secure an appointment. Please note that all cancellation terms above will still apply.
