Who else can feel the magic of September? When the air begins to change, and the thought of hunkering down as the seasons shift, feels so cosy and comforting. 🍂

The ‘ber’ months bring so much to look forward to:

🍁 Golden leaves
🥣 Warming soups (hello, pumpkin!)
🎄 And of course, the sparkle of Christmas to come.

But for now, I feel that September belongs to the sunflower. 🌻

It reminds us that we always have the capacity to seek the light, even in challenging times; by turning/looking to the sun (or visualising it if it's not in the sky), we can receive guidance and warmth, helping our inner light to bloom, making us stand taller and become more confident, encouraging us to trust the process. ☀️

My wishes for all of you this season:

🌿 Create joy in your own unique way

✨ Facial Gua Sha Magic ✨

I've had some wonderful feedback this week from a client who experienced my Facial Gua Sha Mastery treatment for the first time. With her kind permission, I’m sharing her words:
