I have been a practicing Wiccan for over 20 years now and through my journey have come to believe that our beliefs and daily practices have a lot to do with our health. In this time of great pressure and stress our minds and bodies struggle to cope and a lot of our aches and pains can be alleviated by other means rather than pills. We all need head space, time to breath and relax. My belief is that if we can heal our minds then the body will follow. The Mind Body and Soul need to work in harmony and if one is over stretched then the others take the strain. Not everyone can just learn to do holistic treatments, it needs to be “felt” it needs to come from a “good place”. It is a passion and should be natural. If you’ve never tried any form of “healing” treatments, why not give it a chance, you might be surprised
