We’ve updated our weekly timetable to make healing, movement, and connection even more accessible for everyone 🌿

🐸 Kambo Yoga Flow with Claire (G***a Reiki Lady)
Tuesdays 6–6:45 PM | £20

We’re now doing this every week so more people can top up their Kambo in a gentle, affordable way.
The medicine makes you want to stretch like a frog — so we’ve created a flow that works perfectly alongside it!

This session blends soft yoga, conscious breath and optional Kambo microdose for deep release and realignment.
It’s become my new favourite way to move, integrate, and connect to body + spirit. 🌿✨

🪑 Chair Yoga – Wednesdays 12–12:45 PM | £8
A calm, supportive class for beginners or anyone with limited mobility. All ages welcome. 💛
