Is life getting to you? Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed and feel you can’t cope?
These are very common symptoms of todays world and expectations, leading to constant stress 😒
You can take back control and learn to take your body and mind into calm, serene state by simply taking a few minutes (2-5) in a quiet space ( sometimes only 🚽 😆) to focus on deep breathing in for count of 4, out for count of 6 and repeat. This is mindfulness and can reduce stress, anxiety, racing heart, feelings of being overwhelmed and so much more.
Try it! Feel the difference in your body and mind. Practice whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed and take back control of your health, physically and mentally, and wellbeing. 🙏 🧘🥰
