Reflexology is often sought out when stress, fatigue or discomfort have reached a tipping point, and while it can be deeply supportive in those moments, it’s rarely where the most lasting changes begin.

A Blessing for March

May this be the month you feel the light returning not only to the sky, but to your spirit.

May what has felt heavy begin to loosen its grip.
May what has been dormant within you begin to stir.

May you trust the slow unfurling of your own becoming.
May you stop apologising for taking up space.
May you outgrow the doubts that once kept you small.

As the days lengthen, may your hope lengthen with them.
As the earth softens, may your heart soften too.

May March remind you that change does not need to be loud to be powerful.
That growth can be quiet.
That healing can be steady.
That you are allowed to begin again.

And may you walk into this new season knowing:
nothing in nature rushes… and yet everything blooms.
