I remember when I first started practicing Reflexology, I used to tip toe around the issue of the mental and emotional aspect of what Reflexology could stir up in my clients.

I was tentative about broadcasting the less tangible benefits of receiving Reflexology. The 'weird/flaky/nutty' angle.

Until I realized that that was very often where the true power of Reflexology lay.

Where the real deep seated 'healing' was triggered.

And that there was nothing 'weird and wonderful' about it at all ... In fact, only wonderful!

Without speaking a word out aloud, be prepared to bare your soul with Reflexology!

New Moon Affirmation

Something incredible is happening within me.
I am beginning to feel more hopeful, positive, and certain that this change is good and needed in my life.

This subconscious shift is a spark of life, which is giving birth to a new and abundant chapter filled with adventure.
Everything I have fought through is giving me an unshakable reason to never stop realizing my dreams.

My soul is ready to speak a new language that resonates with my sacred self.

I let go of the heaviness of worn-out stories. My thoughts are about adventures and conversations that spark revolutions.

I am the author of my life. I choose my words and wishes with deliberate intent. I watch as they echo into my future, laying a golden path to guide me towards my desires and destiny.

I release the ache of disappointment and the pain of staying stuck. With the space this creates, I play with wonder and curiosity.

I celebrate the wisdom of now knowing better and the courage I have birthed to embrace the change.

A new understanding is unfolding within me. At times, it feels beyond my comprehension, and yet I accept that I am aligning with this new vibrational reality at exactly the right time.

There is nothing that holds me back from accessing the magnificent depths of this wise vessel of power and peace within me.

I am capable, worthy, resilient, and constantly evolving into a more liberated and awakened soul.

I retain my sovereign power, and I release anything that dares to limit this truth.
