We are pleased to confirm that limited access to our clinical systems has now been restored as we continue working to resolve our recent IT issues.
Although systems are back online, performance remains significantly slower than normal and full functionality has not yet returned. Our team is currently working through the backlog that has built up over the last few days, and we appreciate your continued patience and understanding during this unprecedented disruption.
☎️ Please continue to use our automated prescription ordering line and allow 48–72 hours before collecting prescriptions from your nominated pharmacy.
We are aiming to return to full operational capacity by tomorrow morning.
