During my sleep I would be a very avid dreamer, and not all my dreams would be filled with positive energy. Quite often I would have a negative dream which would wake me up, then I would go over to sleep again and then re-dream the same thing and wake again. This would leave me drained.
When this happens I often call on Archangel Michael to surround me in his blue light of protection, and remove the negative dreams. It has worked for me on numerous occasions. If you suffer from this too, its worth a try..... you just might be surprised at the result 🙏🙏🙏

Reiki is not taught in the way that other healing techniques are taught. You must have an attunement by a Reiki Master to be able to plug into Reiki.
Once you have received a Reiki attunement, you will have Reiki for the remainder of your life. Even if you don't use it on a frequent basis, it doesn't wear off and you will never lose it.
Some people have a strong desire to learn about this wonderful healing modality but other reasons why people might want to consider learning about Reiki include:

Reiki Level 1 is taught in a one day workshop.
You learn about the History of Reiki, the importance of the 21 day cleanse, self treatments and the Power Symbol.
You receive a manual and certificate, your attunement and to learn and practice the hand positions used in channelling Reiki.

Following on from your 21 day cleanse you can take Reiki level 2 and learn about the Mental/Emotional and Distance symbols in your own self treatments and Reiki sessions with others.
You receive a manual and certificate along with your attunement.
You will also receive ongoing support as required.

Feeling stressed or anxious or just need to relax?
A great method for solving this is to try a “White Light” cleanse.
Find a quiet place to relax and follow the instructions below… you just might be surprised by the results 🙏

Let the universe’s Healing White Light flow through your body. Let it fill every aspect of your being. Close your eyes and envision the Light pouring in through the top of your head, filling every crevice in your brain, all your blood cells, running through your veins. So with setting up a new business I neglected my self practicing with Reiki… stress built up, fatigue appeared and I found some negativity occurring.
I just finished an hour of pure relaxation, in which I balanced my Chakras, did a negativity cleanse and finished with a good grounding..
I can honestly say I am feeling 💯percent better in every way 🙏

Arch Angel Raphael…. Call on him when your down, ill, under pressure or ask him to send healing angels to those that need it…. I ask him all the time to send out healing and help to those I know need it ❤️
