Unfortunately, our clinical IT systems remain down and we continue to have very limited access to our systems. Engineers are actively working to restore full service, and we are awaiting further updates.
We would like to thank all patients for their continued patience and understanding during this unprecedented situation, which remains beyond our control.
✅ Despite the limited access, our team has been working through prescription requests submitted via the automated service. These prescriptions should be available at your nominated pharmacy within 72 hours. We kindly ask patients to allow pharmacies additional time to manage the backlog.
☎️ At this time, we respectfully ask patients to contact the practice only in cases of urgent medical need.
🚑 Priority will continue to be given to critically unwell and palliative care patients while services remain disrupted.
