☀️ Studio closed the month of March ☀️
Rounding up February with some gorgeous sunshine in the studio and a very grateful heart. That I get to not only do a job I love but to all of you for being so supportive. Whilst I’m off celebrating my fiancés belated birthday & a special friends wedding I want to say thank you for being so accommodating. I appreciate it’s a long time without your Pilates & reformer fix, may the sun continue to shine whilst I’m away and see you all at Easter weekend when I reopen. Closing my business for a month is a little intimidating but I’m immensely grateful. All messages/emails will be replied to 3rd April. 🦘

Merry Christmas and a happy new year 🎄 🌟

A second to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you for gracing the studio and finding joy through movement and trusting in me. I’ve loved moving, laughing and chats. I hope the year ahead brings you all health and happiness.

And If this time of year is hard for you with overwhelm, work or missing loved ones may you find peace in the outdoors, walks or cosy fires.

Wow we’ve been missing in action on socials after a busy spring/summer & all of a sudden it’s autumn!

I’m now heading away on travels, the lovely .by.steph will be offering some one to one reformer slots on Saturdays 4th, 11th & 18th October to keep you going until I return in the lead up to Halloween. I’ll be away from messages if needing to reschedule/manage bookings this can all be done through the website. Steph’s availability is now live on our website.

Perfect for anyone finding those usual 6ams a little to early and likes the sounds of pilates with friends pre coffee catch up or how about a lunch time session between meetings/work.

We are officially opening our bookings to new clients. Now live all availability on our website.

Just in time for that feel good factor into summer along with this glorious spell of sunshine.

We’ve not officially been able to take on new clients for 5 years so this is big. If you’ve ever wanted to try reformer or group mat pilates there’s something for everyone.

A little treat this bank holiday

We are so excited to welcome the lovely Steph to join our team within larc studio.

Steph will be welcoming clients for private reformer/mat sessions and group mat classes the week after next, starting on Thursday 15th May.

Already a Pilates reformer or mat instructor looking to take on one to one or small group classes, needing a studio space to teach? join our team.

Love movement and want to become a Pilates instructor and ease into spring/summer with a more flexible work schedule but afraid to take the leap… join our studio for personal support as your start your teacher journey and if looking for training we can highly recommend reformer teacher training.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting lots of new faces for Gemmas fundraising event and a huge well done to those hardy ones who braved the waves!
