Into Week 5 of 10 Reflexology Case Studies ✔️

While it might look quiet on here, behind the scenes I’m studying feet, tracking changes in skin texture, noting sensitivity, monitoring circulation and supporting parasympathetic activation session by session.

Growth doesn’t always look glamorous. Sometimes it looks like observation, reflection, and repetition.

Every year I give something up ; chocolate, crisps, chippy teas, pizza, the usual comforts.

But this year I’m adding something in too.

Swimming. Twice a week.
"I love swimming and I haven't done it for way to long.....And.

Because Lent isn’t just about removing things…
