We’re not here to just make you sweaty, give you a high five, and send you home.

We’re here to coach you - properly.

That means…

- Meeting you exactly where you’re at right now
- Building you up the right way, without rushing
- Taking time to teach you correct technique, even when it feels slow and a bit frustrating
- Holding high standards and keeping them high

You could teach a monkey to beast you through a workout and make you feel like you’ve worked hard.

But that’s not coaching.

You can make a gym look nice - clean, tidy, shiny machines, fancy lights.

But it’s like eating terrible food in a beautiful restaurant.

The setting might look good, but what you’re getting isn’t worth it.

Sure, we could throw you into a big class, make everyone do the same workout regardless of ability, let form slide, and have you doing exercises you’re not ready for.

You’d leave feeling good… temporarily.

But what really matters is quality training.

Expert guidance.

Personalised coaching that protects your body, fixes niggles, builds strength, and gets results that actually last.

There’s a gym or a coach out there for everyone.

Just make sure there’s a proven track record that is constantly being refreshed.

We aren’t injury specialists, but we are great at coaching.

We have helped many men and woman reduce and in some cases even get rid of knee pain completely.

Movement is medicine, and with a well structured programme and a feedback loop with a coach, you can build and strengthen all those muscles around the knee in a safe manner, giving it the support it needs.

Don’t accept pain - in a lot of cases, it doesn’t have to be that way 👊🏻

Cardio is often seen as the go to method for fat loss, but it’s not some magic fix.

Cardio is great for your heart and overall health, but fat loss doesn’t come down to how much you sweated in your session.

If the goal is fat loss, prioritise strength training.

Build muscle and support your metabolism.

Strength 1st.
Cardio 2nd.

But on the days your alarm goes and you just can’t be bothered or you go to make up some terrible excuse

Just know there are people who would absolutely kill to have the choice to go to the gym and do what you can do

Be kind to yourself.
Celebrate what your body can do.
And have confidence in the fact that turning up to the gym, getting stronger and getting fitter is going to be dividends in your future.

What we DON’T need to do;
❌ Skip meals
❌ Rely solely on cardio for fat loss
❌Accept poor sleep etc as ‘part of Menopause’
❌ Ignore strength training

What we DO need to do;
✅ Eat to fuel your body, with the right foods, especially protein
✅ Prioritise sleep & reduce stress levels
✅ Lift weights to maintain muscle mass
✅ Track your own symptoms and advocate for yourself (everyone will transition differently)
✅ Balance blood sugar daily (proper meals)
✅ More cardio & walk more

Unfortunately, because people don’t see immediate results from exercise and think ‘my 60s is ages away’ it falls down the priority list.Try this little experiment on chatGPT with your own image, or even write a bit about your lifestyle and how you’re feeling and see what could be likely to happen.Disclaimer - we know that it’s only a computer generated image, but it’s clear as day to spot someone who has looked after themselves and who hasn’t.
