Emma is a mum of 6, a small business owner and after losing a child she knew she needed to do something as her mental health was not in a good place.

Fast forward 2 years and Emma has dramatically changed, going from strength to strength in the gym and absolutely loving it, which in her own words “never thought was possible”.

The gym is a place where Emma can switch off for an hour from being a busy mum and focus solely on herself, and by prioritising herself she has more patience and she’s less snappy at home.

After having two children, Lyndsey found herself stuck in the same routine so many mums can relate to - work, look after the kids, sleep, repeat.

Like a lot of new mums, she stopped making time for herself, which eventually took a toll both physically and mentally.

But Lyndsey decided enough was enough and took the first step by joining the gym.

Since then, the progress she has made has been incredible. Not only has she lost weight, built strength, and gained muscle, but she’s also regained something even more important - herself.

Her confidence, energy, and self care have all returned, and it’s had a positive impact on every area of life. From looking after herself again to having more energy to play with the kids, the transformation has been amazing to watch so far.

It’s tools like this that allow us to know for sure that your training is actually working.

We don’t get too concerned about the actual numbers, as everyone is different - but most importantly the trends that we see happening over time!

Mark joined us last January, unhappy with how he felt and looked.

Mark admittedly didn’t like the gym - the same as lot of people who join us.

You see for us, it focus isn’t on weight loss alone ❌

First, we just help people to enjoy training.
When you enjoy it, you want to keep going.

Another one of our fantastic members Kelly Dellar who has attended over 750 small group PT sessions with us - an incredible milestone to hit!

To put that into perspective, Kelly has consistently strength trained 2-3 times per week since August 2020, not to mention all of our cardio classes over the years too.

This is the sort of consistency that will pay dividends in years to come with strength, maintaining muscle mass and heart health 💪🏻

We’re very lucky to have quite a few members who have been here from the very beginning - Karen is one of them.

Karen has been part of our journey since day one, and actually even before that, back when this all started with 1-1 coaching.

She’s seen it all with us - the first gym, lockdowns, Zoom workouts, outdoor sessions in all weather, the move into our new facility, the coaches, the changes - everything.

Along the way there have been children born, photoshoots, Hyrox races, and countless performance milestones. Through every stage, Karen has shown up, put the work in, and been a huge part of the community that makes this place what it is.

She has now attended well over 1,000 sessions with us - an incredible achievement and a reflection of the consistency and commitment she brings week after week.

Karen, thank you for being such a valued part of our community and for being with us through every chapter of the journey so far.

Declan works in one of the most demanding jobs there is.
Long shifts, unpredictable hours - physically and mentally draining.

It would be easy for fitness to fall to the bottom of the list.

And that’s exactly what happens to a lot of people with demanding jobs - health and training become something they’ll ‘get back to when things calm down.’

But the truth is, when your life and work demand a lot from you, looking after your health becomes even more important.

A few hours a week spent training isn’t just about getting fitter or stronger.
It’s about having the energy for long shifts, staying resilient under pressure, and being able to show up for the people who depend on you.

Your job. Your family. Your kids.

Strength and fitness aren’t just for the gym - they support everything else in life.

Declan has stayed consistent despite a tough schedule, and that consistency is exactly what keeps him strong enough to handle everything his role throws at him.

Busy doesn’t mean you don’t need it.
