Hey All! As alot of my clients know (cause I moan about it alot) Ive been dealing with a lumbar/glute issue for the past few months!
I'm now just waiting for full reports from 2 MRIs to come back but with the pain and restricted mobility I'm having to cut back a little!
So if you're in for a longer treatment I will be cutting those down to shorter times and of course, if you don't feel like you're in need of your appointment at the moment, it'll be much appreciated if you can hold off till your next!

Thats me finally back to work this week after almost 2 weeks for recovery! Unfortunately my hand is quite important for massage so have to take good care of it, please bare with me as I will be cutting any longer massages down for a little while untill I'm back to 100% strength 💪🏻💪🏻
