                                            Autumn and Winter Months - Some facts about how the cold effects your muscles and the body. 
• Each degree drop below 5°c in the temperature will decrease your endurance.
• A warm muscle is 20% more efficient than a one that hasnt gone through a thorough warmup. 
• Try to avoid Static Stretches on
cold muscles, use a Dynamic Stretch warm up to prevent muscles strains.
• Joints can decrease in Range of Motion. 
• Nerves are more susceptible to being ‘Trapped’.
• The cold weather can cause muscles to lose more heat and reduce their contraction mechasnism, causing increased soreness throughout the body.
