✨1 week of FREE classes ✨
From Monday 1st-4th November, I'm going to be making all of my weekly online classes free to those keen to explore either morning/evening Pilates or evening seasonal Autumn Yoga class.
As a massage therapist my classes are always about finding ways to help people move/feel better both off and on the mat.
Whilst I like to create interesting challenges my main focus is always about helping my clients to connect to their bodies using the breath, accessing an increased range of motion, finding stability in their spine to help manage and prevent low back pain as well as ironing out postural kinks.
My aim is to ultimately help my clients feel better afterwards, whether that is physically or emotionally.
In all the classes, we work towards improving flexibility with a variety of stretching styles, joint mobility and increasing general strength of the back, hips and shoulders.
As a nod to my love of Yoga, we always spend time in relaxation either at the end of the class to prepare you for sleep or to start your day off the right way by finishing with a short meditation.
The zoom links for each class can be found in the bio - Linktr.ee
✨Pilates classes✨
Monday 8pm
Wednesday 10am
Thursday 6:30pm
Monday and Thursdays classes are a little more challenging. If you've got experience with Pilates and have no major injuries or are at least confident with how to modify exercises to suit your needs, then you'll just need a few household props (belt or scarf, tennis ball, a cushion and maybe even a loo roll or two.
Wednesday are more slow and gentle with the emphasis on developing confidence in your movement.
🍁 Seasonal Yoga 🍁
🧘♀️Wednesday - 7:30pm🧘🏽♀️
As part of my Yoga Teacher Training, I'm guiding a small group of students through Pranayama (breath control) as well as an autumn seasonal class. This type of class is a fusion of traditional Chinese medicine, five element theory and Indian Yoga philosophy. This practice is about taking you through specific postures that are especially helpful at certain times of year with the intention of bringing you towards more awareness and improved wellbeing. No experience necessary.
Drop me any questions here if you need to ask ☺️
