No appointments just attended..
No pressure to talk just sit and listen until you decide your ready.
No cost. Mandown is funded by peoples kindness and run by volunteers whith the heart to help with lived experience.

We are here to help reduce the number of male su***des and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health by offering men the space to talk about their emotions. The main way we do this is by facilitating free-to-attend fortnightly informal talking group meetings.

Mandown are free Men's mental health support groups with meetings at 31 locations across the UK.
We offer men a safe confidential none judgemental environment to talk about their mental health issues and concerns.

Our aim is to reduce the amount of su***de and help bring these men back from the depths of despair... With care we can show them a way forward and into the arms of their loved ones and the community.

Mandown is run entirely by volunteers and funded gratefully through people's hard work and kindness..

🎈🎈IT'S OUR 6TH BIRTHDAY TODAY 🎈 🎈

Six years ago we opened our doors for the first time in Penryn, Cornwall. We had 8 men in attendance, and since then, we have welcome over 4000 men through our doors, with over 80 volunteers and nearly 40 meetings taking place across the county. We've put together a timeline of our story so far (below). We want to take today to thank you for supporting us this far, allowing us to support the men who are able to come to our meetings. Here's to the next six years of ending the stigma around men's mental health and reducing male su***de around the UK.
