Wonderful to be training outside in this beautiful weather, the benefits are obvious at the moment 🌞 .

Choosing the location for your Health and Fitness training is important, we love seeing you at our facility but not everyone wants or can attend gyms .

This client trains outside all year round rain or shine 💪🏻.

Beyond the great outdoors, a personalised location could be useful for all manner of reasons, for either a permanent or an interim period

Reminder that Weekend nutrition counts !

Some people can find it so much easier to eat healthier during the week , with the structure and pace of work ,but then the weekend comes with social events and the slower pace and before you know it .. your starting on Monday !

When making changes to your diet for fat loss .. Don’t forget to plan for the weekends , the eating out , the drinks with friends . You don’t need to become a hermit… too close to the fridge 😬

Plan for all of it , make small changes and factor it all in … Cinderella can go to the ball and still make changes to your health
