I am also mobile and cover Cornwall and South Devon for one to one lessons and therapy work. I am a Yoga Therapist and offer tailored treatments for acute and chronic conditions, to support physical, mental and emotional health, palliative care, neurological conditions, recovery from surgery and illness and for general health and wellbeing. Using gentle movement tailored for your needs...suitable for EVERY body and for those with limited mobility, we look at your individual needs and we develop a safe and supportive practice together. Yoga Therapy sessions include breathwork practices for mental and emotional wellbeing, pain management, better sleep and to bring more peace and stillness to mind, body and spirit! We use mindfulness, meditation and relaxation techniques to support your specific goals and needs. I also include massage and bodywork, Reflexology, Qi Gong, Shaitsu, energy work and sound healing in these sessions when needed or perhaps you just need a supportive space to just be heard and so sometimes, you may just want to talk. Each session is especially designed for your needs and tailored for your body...so you are guaranteed to be held safely and with integrity. I also offer Massage, Reflexology, Reiki and Reiki attunements, Crystal Therapy and Shamanic and Energy Healing which includes - Infusion, Extraction, Sound Healing, Chakra Balancing, Organ Regeneration, Soul Retrieval, Power Retrieval, Relationship Cords, Psychopomp, Amazonian Icaro Healing to create healing, transformation and compassion through the creation of medicine music. I offer Sound Therapy and Healing Sound Medicine Journey's, Biofield clearing, Tuning Forks, NLP Coaching, Ecstatic Dance, Ceremony with plant medicine 💖💖💖 and so much more....
