We have 2 spaces left on this weekend workshop exploring CranioSacral Therapy. We will be learning how to use our hands to 'listen' to the body, using the lightest touch.
It's a fun, experiential weekend and you will take home 6-8 techniques that you can use on your loved ones in the safety and privacy of your own home.
If you are curious about CST, have had treatment before but couldn't get your head around how it worked then this could be for you. Or if you are a practitioner who already has a skill set and wants to add a few more tools to your tool kit then this is excellent CPD on your doorstep.

Hi everyone, just a heads up to let you know that the Kensey Centre is closed over the Christmas and New Year break for some much needed redecorating and revamping. Matt Kemp and his amazing team have already made a good start and I know they’ll do a great job for us. We reopen on Monday the 6th January and if I’ve chosen the right colours 🤞😬 and it’s looks okay I’ll post some pictures 😊. The Osteopaths’ answerphone will be monitored over the break and we will call you back for advice or to book any appointments (just perhaps not on Christmas Day or Boxing Day 🤔).

In the meantime can I wish everyone of you a peaceful and happy Christmas time. May we see better things to come in the year ahead. 🎄🤩⭐️🥳🤗
