Earth Angel Holistic Training and Retreats has been set up to offer a place of peace and quiet to either learn a holistic treatment or to provide instructive but relaxing retreats in comfortable and prestigious resorts. We offer a friendly and uplifting day where our objective is to make you feel comfortable to learn at your own pace. Earth Angels Courses are run exclusively by myself Lynne Akers

and I have taught holistic techniques and various healing practices and martial arts for20 years. Retreats are run as and when we are able and we are trying to run one next year 2021 in Tuscany COVID permitting. I use an ABTA insured travel agent and the resorts chosen are of high quality offering peace and seclusion but also workshops and interesting visits to places of interest

Water the stuff of life and what we are mainly made of. When learning Reiki and practicing Reiki keep well hydrated. Water is a conduit for energy and the universal life force flows better when you are fully hydrated.

Water has a memory and is sensitive to vibrations. Reiki a glass of water and offer gratitude and the water will taste better. Say the words and the vibration will alter the water. It is a magical substance that we take for granted but without it we are lost.
