**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

We are now OPEN.

Appointments are now available to book in our beautiful new space.

All treatments already scheduled through One Sixteen will be carried out in the studio.

Our prices have changed slightly to reflect the venue and being a charted physiotherapist and the knowledge that brings.

NHS, police and fire staff will get 10% off all treatments.

1-1 physiotherapy led pilates is available to book now and small group sessions will follow next month.

Purchased gift vouchers through One Sixteen will be honoured.

Some more updates....and proof there's not just one room!

The door of doom...I never did see a door more orange! 🤭 panic not..a new door was purchased.

More limewash has been washed and varnish varnished.

Not much left now and on track for the big move this weekend!
