Nestled in the heart of rural North Yorkshire, our studio is a calm and uplifting space designed to help you recharge, restore, and feel your best. ✨

We’re a small independent business offering a blend of holistic therapies and fitness — from soothing massage, reflexology, and Reiki, to our glowing Gua Sha and HydraDerm facials.

Our Stronger By Christmas programme is now 3 weeks in, and everyone is doing so well 💪 It’s amazing to see the progress and community spirit each week, we truly believe in getting stronger together.

The next 8 weeks are all about getting fitter, stronger, and feeling amazing in the run-up to Christmas ⚡️

Our group is ready to go, but if you missed out this time, you can still join us each week for:
