Unfortunately I’m now unable to attend coffee morning tomorrow but will be there next week instead, Wednesday 23rd October 👍 I’ll be available for infant feeding support between 11-12pm (after my weaning workshop) - come along if you need help with feeding your baby!

It's almost coffee o'clock time! We are looking forward to seeing you tomorrow, Wednesday 16th October, between 10-12 at Leek Wootton Village Hall. As always there will be members of the Bump2baby Reality team offering advice, support and reassurance on all aspects of early parenting, as well as much chat, drinks and biscuits! We look forward to seeing you 😊

We will be joined by:

Sally Seddon (former NHS Midwife&Health Visitor, current Antenatal Educator and Hypnobirthing practitioner and mum of 3!) who will be answering any pre- or post birth questions you may have and offering infant feeding support and baby care advice

Helen Keast (former NHS Nurse, Antenatal Educator and Hypnobirthing practitioner and mum of 2!) who will be offering parenting support

Lin Griffiths (retired NHS Neonatal Nurse, Midwife and Health Visitor and mum of 3!) who will be offering infant feeding support and baby care advice

And Philippa Middup (former Nursery Nurse and mum of 2!) who will be welcoming you all and looking after everyone 🍪☕

We know coming to a new group can be daunting so we provide a very warm welcome. We are open to all new and expectant parents. Coffee morning is a relaxing space to chat, seek support&information and gives the opportunity to meet other local parents in a friendly setting. No need to book, just turn up. £5 per family payable by cash or BACS on arrival. The kettle will be working hard and there will be biscuits aplenty! ☕🍪 See you there 😊 xx

This week at coffee morning, Wednesday 10th July, we are really pleased to be joined by Deborah Thomas who is a Women's Health Physiotherapist from Deborah Thomas Physiotherapy & Pilates.

Deborah will be leading a talk that will be focusing on
exercise advice for the post natal period. This session is a physio led practical session to go over the most important exercises, and how to exercise safely after having a baby. It is suitable for all postnatal conditions.

Spaces for the talk are limited so please comment below or DM us and we will confirm your place.

Coffee morning runs every Wednesday at Leek Wootton Village Hall from 10-12. There is no need to book for coffee morning itself, please just turn up, £5 per family payable by cash or BACS on arrival. It is a great place to find advice and support, and to meet other new or expectant parents from the local area. We look forward to seeing you xx

We are thrilled that at coffee morning this week, Wednesday 3rd July, we will be joined by Helen Wright IBCLC - Lactation Consultant and infant feeding specialist.
