I got the harmonium for my birthday in May and it was such a joy to share all the songs I've learnt since then. It was magical to bathe in the sound that we co-created. It was everything I had invisaged and hoped for..

I have treated lots of scars recently, new scars from recent hip replacements, breast surgery scars, C-section scars & others that are decades old.

Using myofacial release, I can dramatically improve the appearance, smoothness, sensation & mobility of scar tissue within just 5-10 minutes!

People don't realise how much the scar tissue has been unnecessarily restricting the movement of surrounding tissue & muscles, until it is released.

The body instantly starts to break down the adhesions & remove the waste products.

It works, regardless of how old & stuck the scar is. It helps to make the scar tissue feel less alien & more like part of you again.
