With New Year’s Day approaching it brings with new challenges and hurdles to tackle, it also will bring happiness, life long memories and friendships.
Leonard Eadon sadly took his own life New Year’s Day 2022.
His outgoing personality, his humour, his plans for the future all unfortunately have not been continued.
Yet his legacy and the determination of his truly inspiring and passionate parents; Lynda and Andy lives on.
They aswell as many others want to make farming safer for people struggling with mental health.
Lynda and Andy came up with the five a day challenge to remind farmers everyday that someone is there for them or they can be there for someone else.
After the passing of Len, Just Talk Agriculture was set up, with the aid of The Farming Community Network and friends to push the message further.
So this year; 2023
Take a moment to reach out to a friend for a catch up, make sure they are ok make sure your ok.
A problem spoken Is a problem halved
It’s ok not to be ok
We are here for each other
Someone is always there to listen
A prosperous and safe new year to all.
