💫We all know that feeling, when someone’s energy is off, you know it when you walk into a room or they walk into yours, it can shift everything so quickly. Your birth team is so important, they need to be able to encourage you and inspire you when you wobble, to be steady and sure when you’re uncertain.

But vitally, they need to not bring toxic negative energy into your space, because that spreads and it makes your body shut down, panic and pause because birth happens when you feel safe. 💫

This is why partners need to be clued up and on the same team,
Doulas need to be the right person for you ~ it’s not once size fits all
Midwives need to be on board with your plan and beliefs
Doctors should only be in the space if you want them to be
