POV:
You stop trying to eat “perfectly” and start building meals that actually support your energy, gut health and training.

Simple vegan protein bowl today and honestly… this is the kind of food that keeps me consistent.

Not restrictive.
Not complicated.
Just balanced.

This vegan protein bowl has:
protein
fibre
healthy fats
gut-friendly foods
and enough volume to actually feel satisfied.

What’s one ingredient you’d add?

Getting back into routine after a long break is never as easy as people think.

Even when you work in fitness.

A few weeks off structure, different food, less movement, disrupted sleep… and suddenly the basics feel harder again.

Today reminded me that health is rarely about extremes.

It’s usually about returning to the foundations consistently:
•movement
•protein
•hydration
•sleep
•routine
and looking after your gut health!

Interesting timing really because next month I’ve been invited to speak for a GP clinic about gut health and healthy eating for their weight loss support groups.

The more people I work with, the more I realise that most people don’t need more punishment or restriction.

They need support, structure and sustainable habits that fit real life.

Feels good to be building from that place again.

My HYROX journey so far…

I’m a coach. PT.
20+ years in fitness.
Gut health practitioner.

But honestly?
When I started HYROX… I didn’t have a clue.

Trying to balance:
– running
– strength
– classes
– and a forearm injury

It felt messy. No real structure.

So I did what I know best…
I used AI to pull together 20+ years of coaching expertise into one simple system.

– what to train
– when to train
– how to adjust around injury
– how to stay consistent without overthinking

And it’s changed everything.

I’m more structured than I’ve ever been.
I’ve hit Park Run PB’s back to back this week. Even at 40 🥳🫣
And I finally feel clear on what I’m doing each day.

I’ve got a few athletes testing it for HYROX London this week too.

Next stop : in 3 weeks 👀

It’s not just for HYROX - it works for anyone who wants structure with their training.

If it’s helped me, I think it could help you too.

I’m giving a small group access while I test it.

Message me ‘HYROX’ and I’ll send it over.

First HYROX complete. 1:29.

Forearm strain meant I only ran and did about 5% of the rower and 10% of the burpees, which forced me to actually relax and enjoy the first one.

Not how I imagined it.
But still such a good experience & I’m really proud we showed up and did it.

It’s funny how quickly the ego wants perfect conditions.

Reality is - growth usually comes when you adjust and keep going anyway.

There’s something powerful about not withdrawing when things aren’t ideal.

Rest, recover, rebuild.

Most practitioners care deeply about their clients.

But most income in our industry is still tied to sessions.

More hours.
More energy.
Same ceiling.

I’ve worked in fitness since 2008.

I’ve watched the industry evolve.

And what I’ve seen is this:

The practitioners who build long-term stability don’t rely on sessions alone.

They build structure around their clients.

Simple.
Ethical.
Supportive.

No medical claims.
No hard selling.
No pressure in DMs.

Just a model that allows clients to experience, activate, repeat and, when ready, teach.

That is how support extends beyond the hour.
That is how income compounds.

If you’re a practitioner thinking long term, message me “structure” and I’ll explain how the activation model works.

Yesterday was our first HYROX.

We didn’t have our phones during the race.
Just preparation, partnership and pacing. I enjoyed every second!

1:29 in mixed doubles.
I ran. Paul carried 90% of the stations.
Team effort.

What worked:
• Calm start
• Proper fuelling
• No last-minute changes (except me thinking I could do more and the wall balls are HARD!)

Preparation included simple, consistent fuelling -
Smart Greens / Beets and ProArgi9 as part of our routine.

No last-minute experiments

Just structure and ex*****on.

That’s how I approach health too.

Build the foundations.
Fuel properly.
Repeat.

If you’ve ever doubted whether you’re ready - you probably are.

You just need to execute.

Now to enjoy Krakow! 🇵🇱

I work with practitioners who already understand health, but still struggle with consistency in real life.

Gut health is often the missing piece, not more motivation.

If you’d like to talk it through properly, my DMs are open.

This feedback came from a Shed in 7 participant and has been lightly edited for clarity.

Alongside feeling more supported through the afternoon, she also shared that she experienced a drop in dress size during the programme.

Everyone’s experience is different. Shed in 7 is about building steady habits that support appetite, digestion, energy and healthy weight loss.

If you’re curious, message me or follow along on Tuesdays for real experiences.

SHED in 7 has been a bit of a godsend for me through injury.

High protein.
High fibre.
Wholefood nutrition.
And a short, gut-led structure that takes the pressure off food when training looks different.

Digestion feels calmer.
Energy is steadier.
And decision fatigue around meals disappears.

It’s designed to be seven days on purpose - but most people feel so good, they choose to continue in a way that suits them.

If you’ve been curious about SHED in 7 and wondering if it’s right for you, feel free to message me.

I didn’t build Shed in 7 to be another “weight-loss plan”.

I built it for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed or out of rhythm with food and their body.

Seven days.
A simple structure.
Support, not pressure.

It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about feeling lighter, clearer, and back in control.

I’m opening the next Shed in 7 soon.
If you want details, message me SHED.
