We design & manufacture Instrument Assisted Massage tools & provide short 3 hour introductory seminars & 1 day advanced courses in the IASTM technique (see general information below)

Our background is in high precision engineering and Sports Therapy, so when we first came across this wonderful technique and started researching we came up with the terms Graston, SASTM, ASTYM, IASTM, IACFM, Gua Sha, scraping & a whole host of other names that many people have possibly never come across before.. IAM or Instrument Assisted Massage is simply our way of simplifying what is in essence - a massage technique using an instrument. The tools can be used to help break down scar tissue & remodel & also to help increase ROM & reduce chronic pain. When used correctly, they can do so very quickly, often using very little pressure.
