Everything is a prayer🙏 🤲
Today on the allotment, under the soft hum of birdsong and the warmth of the sun, I felt that truth so clearly. Just being in the soil, listening to the sheep in the next field, watching butterflies dance through the air—it all felt like a conversation with something much deeper.
There’s such reverence in the small things: the first green shoots reaching upward, the quiet work of worms beneath the surface, even the nibble of a slug or a pigeon stealing a snack. Not everything grows how or when I want it to, but I’m learning to work with it all, not against it. That’s my practice lately—letting gratitude be my response, prayer be my posture.
Nature reminds me that presence is enough. That everything belongs. That life is always unfolding, even if it looks like a mess sometimes.
May we meet it all—loss, growth, stillness, bloom—with open hands and grateful hearts. 🌱✨
