Healthy. Live with presence. I’ve lived an embodied life for many years and continue healing and transforming my health by connecting to what I eat and listening deeply to my body’s wisdom. My healing experience comes from the curative power of nature: nourishing food, somatic movement, dance, yoga, plant medicines, breathwork, PSYCH-K and med

itation. These tools continue to guide my path. Life isn’t always easy , and often, it’s the mind that gets in the way. Through food, movement, and creative expression, I create safe, welcoming spaces where we can honour all that we are .... our joy and sorrow, hope and hopelessness, dreams and disappointments. I also work as a PSYCH-K® facilitator, supporting people to gently shift subconscious beliefs that may be holding them back. Using simple, effective processes, PSYCH-K works with the mind–body connection to help create change at a deep level. Combining PSYCH-K with nutrition and somatic movement can release and transform held trauma and old patterns at a deep level. I only work 1-1 with this system. My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and client-led, creating a safe space for insight, balance, and lasting transformation. My work is about reconnecting you to your aliveness, that juicy, deep, rich knowing that lives in the body. Feeling fully expressed and alive is not a luxury it’s something to be celebrated and welcomed. I also craft holistic superfood-rich, raw ceremonial cacao ceremonies bringing blessing and sacred intent to ceremonies, ritual, workshops, and one-to-one sessions. Is it just me, or is the energy intense right now? 🌪️✨
If you’ve been struggling to sleep, feeling extra "buzzy," or having some wild vivid dreams over the last few days, you aren't imagining it!
Earth’s "heartbeat", the Schumann Resonance has been showing significant harmonic spikes this April. We’ve been hit by some moderate solar storms (Kp6!), which basically means the Earth’s electromagnetic field is getting a major workout.
Since our own brain waves (Alpha and Theta) operate at these same frequencies, it’s no wonder we’re feeling a bit "unplugged."
Tip: Drink extra water, get your feet in the grass, and be kind to yourself today! 🌎👣

A simple example of how these patterns show up…

You meet someone
There’s interest... you like them

But something feels slightly off

They’re not fully consistent
You’re not quite sure where you stand

When you ask, they reassure you…
and for a moment, you settle

But then it happens again

That feeling…
that something isn’t quite right

And you notice yourself starting to:
looking for clues
thinking about it more
trying to understand it
hoping it will settle

You don’t want to lose them
but something in you knows this doesn’t feel good

And instead of stepping back…
you stay a little longer

This isn’t about blaming yourself
or saying the other person is “right”

But it does show where something in your system
still feels familiar with this dynamic

That’s the moment the pattern is already playing out....

This is exactly where we work in a Psych-K® session

Shifting what feels “normal” underneath

A question I sometimes get is…
“but how do you actually *change* a belief?”

And the truth is, it’s not about forcing yourself to think something new

In a Psych-K® session, we work with the body as well as the mind

Because your subconscious responds differently when your whole system is involved

We use simple processes (including muscle testing) to communicate with the subconscious

And from there, shift what feels true at that deeper level

So instead of repeating affirmations that don’t quite land…
you begin to *feel* a new belief as natural

That’s when real change starts to happen

One of the hardest parts of these patterns…

is not actually seeing them

it’s *leaving them*

Because even when something doesn’t feel right…
there can still be a pull to stay

🌼to hope it will change
🌼to give it more time
🌼to not quite walk away

And that can be confusing

But it doesn’t mean you’re weak
or doing something wrong

It usually means something in your system
still feels familiar there

And until that shifts,
it can feel like you’re pulled back into the same dynamic

That’s the work I support people with through Psych-K®

Women thinking something is “normal” in dating when it actually doesn’t feel good at all

Like:
feeling unsure where you stand
analysing every message
waiting for someone to show up properly

And calling that “just how dating is now”

But your body usually knows…
it feels off, even if you try to explain it away

You don’t need to force yourself to tolerate what doesn’t feel right

There’s a version of you that doesn’t settle into that pattern

That feels clear
grounded
and actually met

That’s the shift I support people with through Psych-K®

Something I don’t think we talk about enough…

When these internal patterns start to shift, it’s not always dramatic or instant.

It’s often more subtle than that.

It can begin with a deeper awareness…
✨ noticing sooner when something doesn’t feel right
✨ catching yourself before you go into overthinking
✨ feeling the pull to choose yourself instead of chasing

The patterns don’t always just disappear overnight,
but your relationship to them starts to change.

And that’s where everything begins to shift.

For me, the biggest change was this…
I stopped abandoning myself in relationships.

And from there, everything else started to unfold differently.

🌿 Spring Wild Tonic & Inner Growth 🌿

Spring is a time of renewal, not just for the garden, but for us too. On my allotment, wild herbs like borage, cleavers, nettles, dandelions quietly support life, enriching the soil, attracting bees, and offering gentle teas that nourish the body.

In Psych-K, we also focus on creating the conditions for growth, clearing old patterns, supporting what’s alive and flourishing inside us, and gently nurturing change. Just as these wild plants help the earth, small rituals like a simple herbal tea can remind us to care for ourselves, connect with the present, and allow transformation.

Pick a few leaves, brew a cup, and sip slowly. Let the season’s energy remind you that you, too, can grow in alignment with your highest self. 🌼

Following on from my last post.......

A few people have asked how I actually *shift* these patterns

Because for me, it wasn’t enough just to understand it.

That’s why I work with Psych-K

What I love about Psych-K is that we don’t just talk about the pattern.......
We work directly with the subconscious mind, where it’s actually stored.

And we use the body to help create the shift, not just the mind

So instead of trying to “think differently""
you begin to feel something new as true

For example, shifting something like:
“I’m not fully chosen”

And when that changes…
your choices, your boundaries, and what you’re available for starts to change too...

It’s simple, but really powerful
