Finding the Cambridge Weight Plan quite simply transformed my life! Miserable and depressed one evening I saw an advert which showed a before and after photo of someone that had lost a lot of weight with the plan and although something made me call as I was speaking to the consultant I still didn’t really believe that what she was saying was going to happen to me! I’d spent years with weight fluctuations in the April I could be a size 14 and by the October I could be a size 18 and round and round I went in that never ending cycle of Weight Watchers, Slimming World, The Dukan Diet, you name it i’d tried it i may lose a bit of weight but it would soon come back. Never had I reached a size 10 which I am now and have for the first time ever been able to maintain.

The reason for this is that the Cambridge Weight Plan provides one to one support and is based upon scientific evidence that has been generated over 30 years! It’s not all shakes and soups either! There are various different steps that you can start on and then you work your way up learning about food and what works for you in the process.

I now have a zest for life that is clear for all to see and an abundance of energy allowing me to be the very best mum to my young boys that I can.
