New restorative yoga and sound healing sessions Tuesday 6pm - 7pm at the Octagon. £9 per person, maximum 10 people. Restorative yoga sessions includes gentle stretches, breathing exercises and a longer relaxation combined with healing and singing bowls sound to help calm your mind and cultivate your inner peace.

Instruments used during relaxation Himalayas healing bowls, seven chakra bowls and wind chime (please note there are no big gongs).

What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket, small soft pillow, eye mask and warm socks (optional).

Trekking in the Himalayas is an unforgettable adventure that combines physical challenge with breathtaking scenery and rich cultural experiences. I am organising my 3rd trekking trip to Himalayas this year. October is a very suitable for trekking as Himalayas mountains have long spells of fine weather with relatively clear air for photography.
