This prompt isn’t about perfection. It’s about honesty. It's raw and vulnerability.

. it might be time to check in with yourself.

People pleasing can come from wanting to feel safe, liked, or accepted.
But the truth is, you don’t have to shrink yourself to be enough.
You’re allowed to have boundaries.
You’re allowed to say no.
And you’re still a kind, good person when you do. đŸ©·

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can develop after experiencing or witnessing something deeply distressing — a car accident, birth trauma, bullying, childhood neglect, assault, or ongoing stress.

You might notice:

Flashbacks or nightmares

Feeling constantly on edge

Avoiding certain places or people

Numbness or disconnection

PTSD isn’t a sign of weakness — it’s your nervous system trying to protect you.
