World Sleep Day 😴

How would you rate your sleep? Did you know a regular yoga practice can really help you to switch off at night and get those all important 7-8 hours?

Our Rest & Restore class was designed with better sleep in mind. It encourages you to slow down, soothes your body and calms your mind. We finish these classes with a guided mediation: Yoga Nidra (which translates to Yogic Sleep!) A technique that induces a state of profound relaxation 🥰

Happy International Women’s Day to all of the amazing women past and present who have practiced or taught in the pod 🙌💜

I loved creating this post, searching through all of the (many!!) photos I have of you reaching amazing milestones, trying us out for the first time, supporting each other and generally just having the best time!

We LOVE this community - the chats, the laughs, the words of encouragement, always. Women supporting women with no judgement, no comparison, no expectation. Just a place you can turn up and truly be yourself.
