10th (12-3pm )- Bedworth Ex Servicemen’s Club
12th (10am-12pm) - Bedworth Heath Community Centre
14th (10am-2pm) - Stockingford Community Centre

Veteran’s Health Check Launch

Dr Rachael Davies the clinical director of our PCN recently attended the launch of the new Veterans Health Check programme, which took place at the Veterans Contact Point earlier this year.
