All our classes are ongoing ones, school terms only so no classes during school holiday. You can also choose to pay as you go if there is a space. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. Looking forward to see you all on mats.

Received such a beautiful message from one of my students, David, and it truly touched me deeply. 🧡

Being a full-time mum of three is a joy beyond words, but it can also be all-consuming. Taking a few hours each week to teach yoga — to share movement, stillness, and healing — reconnects me with my own joy and passion.

Hearing that my classes and workshops bring ease, relaxation, and healing to someone’s body and mind… it’s moments like these that make every effort so worth it. The connection with my students — their trust, praise, and acceptance — makes me feel seen, valued, and so much more than just a mum.

Teaching isn’t just about guiding poses or meditations. It’s about creating a space for growth, rest, and self-discovery. Knowing that I can contribute, even in a small way, to someone’s well-being fills my heart completely.

Grateful for my students, for this practice, and for the reminder that I can nurture both others and myself. 🧘‍♀️✨🙏

🍁 Autumn Yoga: Slow Down & Ground Yourself 🍂

As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, autumn invites us to slow down, reflect, and ground ourselves. Just as the trees release their leaves, this is a perfect time to let go — of tension, cluttered thoughts, and anything that no longer serves you.

✨ This Week’s Focus: Breath & Intention
Deep, steady breathing helps balance the Vata energy that tends to rise during autumn. Set an intention to move with gratitude — honoring the abundance of the past months and welcoming the stillness ahead.

🧘‍♀️ Let your practice be gentle, mindful, and warming. Flow through your poses with awareness, ending in a cozy savasana where you can simply be.

Candlelight, essential oils, yoga — complete mind, body & soul relaxation 🌙🕯️

Tonight’s Candlelight Restorative Yin Yoga workshop was wonderful! Two hours of slowing down, fully relaxing, and rejuvenating 💜

It was especially heartwarming to have a mama-to-be at 30 weeks fully immersed in the practice.

✨Everyone left feeling light, calm, and restored — that’s the magic of restorative yin yoga!
