🔍 Job Description:

As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and facilitating a variety of stimulating activities. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing engaging programs tailored to the individual interests and needs of residents.

Organizing group activities such as arts and crafts, music therapy sessions, gentle exercise classes, and reminiscence therapy.

Collaborating with staff, residents, and families to create a vibrant and inclusive community.

Assessing residents' interests and abilities to ensure activities are enjoyable and beneficial.

Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of activities, adjusting as needed.

💼 Requirements:

Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in a dementia care setting.

Passion for working with seniors and a genuine interest in dementia care.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Creativity and enthusiasm for developing innovative activity programs.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
