The theme for World Menopause Day 2024 is Menopause Hormone Therapy. World Menopause Day is held every year on 18th October. The purpose of the day is to raise awareness of the menopause and the support options available for improving health and well being. We encourage professionals and women to participate in this global awareness raising campaign by printing and sharing these materials, organising events to engage their communities, and sharing World Menopause Day social media posts.

Introduction: I am an NHS GP and a British Menopause Society Accredited Menopause Specialist. I offer private appointments through and can see patients face to face there but also offer online appointments via secure video link. I have been working in dedicated menopause clinics for the last 5 years.
