Crossroads Care Surrey supports carers. A Carer is someone who looks after a relative or friend with a significant health condition or disability, ranging from an older person with dementia to a child with cerebral palsy. We provide respite breaks giving the Carer some precious time to themselves.
600 people are leaving work everyday to take on caring role for a loved one
Carers save the UK economy £119bn each year
Can you support our work?
We need more Carer Support workers to be at the heart of what we do, working with families who desperately need our help. We offer a competitive salary, expert training and a mileage allowance and the minimum contract is 14 hours per week.
Could you be a Volunteer who works directly with our Carer Support workers? Working with families or at our clubs in communities across Surrey.
Interested in Fundraising? Why not be a Volunteer Community Ambassador and spread the word about our work in your area, helping us to raise much needed funds to ensure we can continue to help more Carers to have respite breaks.
