MY TOP HEALTHY LIFESTYLE HABITS 💪🏽🫶🏽

Getting “back on track”, how to start & where to find that healthy lifestyle? It can seem so much harder or even complicated than it is but trust me when I say finding YOUR goal will make you see the positives!⚡️

It doesn’t have to be tough or rough so please take good care of yourself when reaching your physique goals and live that balanced lifestyle!🍔🍓🍩🥦

I start my journey every day with these simple habits👇🏽

1️⃣REFLECTING ON YOUR GOAL💪🏽 - choose your LONG term goal and from that break it down into small daily tasks that you feel will help you get there! For example: my long term goal is to do bikini competitions and for me to reach there, I’ll train most days at the gym and constantly be on track with my balanced diet!

2️⃣STOP COMPARING YOURSELF👀 - Social media can either be your best friend or your enemy.... it’s like your friendship circle... You need to surround yourself with people that have similar interests, positive vibes and of course support you in every way! Not only is comparison toxic but it’s such a distraction and can make you lose your focus due to people watching so stop now and worry less!

3️⃣ SLEEP & STRESS💤 - Getting 7-9 hours of sleep can help your body function better but can also decrease the levels of stress your keeping. Making time for self care is high recommend in order to see progress, so seeing family and friends & making memories is a MUST!

4️⃣(MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE) STOP SAYING YES TO EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE😅 - Setting boundaries is always at the top of my list when it comes to my goals, wanting a happier/healthier & fitter lifestyle. It’s doing the right thing for you, choosing what you should be doing instead of other people wanting you to! This is key and it is important!

5️⃣ ITS UP TO YOU! ✨ what ever you make it out
to be, find that missing point! I want you to dig deep into your goal and to realise what’s stopping or holding you back just that little bit more... make the change! & GET THAT GOAL ✨

Progress isn’t made by training nonstop 👀it’s made when your body has time to recover!

So many people think results only come from pushing harder, lifting heavier, and never slowing down… but that mindset is exactly what leads to burnout and injury.

FACTS🙌🏽
Rest days are not lazy days.
They’re when your muscles repair, rebuild, and actually grow. They help prevent injury, balance hormones, and keep your body performing at its best ➡️ both in and out of the gym.

Showing up consistently doesn’t mean showing up exhausted😴It means training smart, listening to your body, and understanding that recovery is just as important as the workout itself.
